We will be flagging all water meters with an orange flag this winter.  This helps with locating your meter when there is snow.  Thanks for your understanding.

Fall flushing will occur during the month of October.

Customer’s Rights can be found on the Public Service Commission Website at https:psc.ky.gov under the For Consumers Tab under Customer Information.

Billing date is around the 19th of the month. Bill is due on the 1st of the month. Water & Sewer cutoffs are around the 18th.
